To be completed at least once per week:
- Check Membership list for corrupt images. Go to user edt page and save image, then open in image editor (e.g. MS Office) and crop accordingly. Delete the original picture for the user account (press save), then upload the newly cropped version (press save).
New memberships who have paid the dues should be set to 'active' under user profile, so they have access to website. However, leave their membership application status as is, so the Membership committee will see them and can vote on whether or not to accept the application. Once the membership committee has voted (they usually send an email) then we can ensure the that membership application record is set to Approved.
