How to create a Partner/Sponsor?

To Create Partners:

Select "Create Partner" under "Management Tasks"

Follow the instructions to fill the form and complete with current sponsor information (or information found on the program book for the sponsor at a past meeting).

Fill in Group (such as 34th Meeting Gold Sponsor) and Subgroup (e.g. Sponsor). The “Weight” indicates the order in which the sponsors for each category will be displayed. For updating past meetings, follow the order of the printed program for each conference.

SAVE the form.

For guidance, you can see the Partners already created for the different meetings following the link and filter by Partner. DO NOT change Partners node linked to past meetings.

After creation of the Partners/Sponsors for a Meeting they have to be added to the Meeting page. Please follow instructions at How to insert a Partner/Sponsor into a Meeting?
