+ Meeting held with EBEA

In the early years of BEMS, the newly elected Vice President assumed the role of Technical Program Chair, but the role evolved over time.  We would like to compile a historical list of Technical Program Chairs for each of the meetings listed above and welcome the assistance of members in doing so.  Please send notes to news@bems.org for inclusion in the October/November 2013 newsletter.
